CNT Management Consulting AG in Belgium seeks an experienced SAP SD team lead to spearhead a regional ERP practice. You will guide a skilled team, deliver complex SAP SD projects, and collaborate with clients on SAP MM/PP integration and S/4HANA initiatives.

Role emphasizes leadership, presales, workshops, and mentoring, with travel as needed. The position offers a flexible remote work model and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership in SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent SAP SD expertise (≥5 years).
• Experience with SAP MM and PP integration.
• Willingness to travel and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent in Dutch/French and English.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead a SAP SD team in Belgium.
• Lead functional roles in ERP projects focusing on logistics.
• Conduct customer workshops and presentations.
• Own presales, identify needs, and develop tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and mentor consultants.
• Design and implement CNT's SAP add-ons and enhancements.
• Travel to customer sites for remote/on-site projects as needed.

What your tasks are:

• Establishment and leadership of a SAP SD team in Belgiumand continuous development of team members’ skills
• Leading functional role with our customers within larger ERP projects focusing on Logistics
• Conducting customer workshops and presentations
• Responsibility for presales, identifying customer needs, and developing tailored solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Consulting customers within SAP SD projects
• Technical conceptual design & implementation of our customer requirements
• Support in the development of customer-specific enhancements
• Conceptual design & implementation of CNT's own SAP add-ons
• Technical project responsibility in customer projects (remote & onsite)
• Execution of implementation, optimization and release change projects
• Technical responsibility as mentor of our consultants and young professionals
• Know-how transfer within internal and customer trainings and workshops
• Own further training in hard and soft skills

What experience you should have:

• Several years of professional leadership experience in projects
• Disciplinary leadership experience desirable
• Independent, customer- and solution-orientated work
• Excellent know-how in the SAP SD module with more than 5 years of experience
• Expertise in the integration with SAP MM and PP
• Experience with S/4HANA and new SAP technologies is highly appreciated.
• Strong consulting competences
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• High flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in Dutch/Frenchand English
