Enzo Tech Group in Brussels seeks an experienced SAP HR/HCM Developer to support a 10,000-employee HR landscape. You will work on wage types, schemas and payroll rules, with ABAP/technical SAP HR development and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience highly desirable. The role involves both functional and technical SAP HR work across BAU Payroll and broader integrations.

Brussels – 2-3 days onsite per week, with a long-term project outlook in a major Belgian organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with wage types, schemas and payroll rules.
• ABAP / technical SAP HR development capability.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience is highly desirable.
• SAP CPI / BTP integration exposure is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• You'll be working across both the functional and technical sides of SAP HR, supporting BAU Payroll while contributing to wider projects and integrations across the SAP landscape.
