Job summary

Capgemini Belgium is seeking an SAP experienced CRM Consultant to guide clients through CRM transformations, translating business needs into SAP-based solutions with a focus on S/4 and CRM on premise. You’ll define implementation scope, advise project teams, and deliver functional capabilities across SAP platforms.

You’ll lead workshops, coach junior consultants, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement, test and deliver sustainable CRM solutions for clients in the Flemish

Qualifications

• Experience in customizing and implementing SAP CRM processes, knowledge of SAP CRM on premise, of SAP S/4 Service.
• Preferably 5 or more years of experience in ISU.
• Strong analytical/conceptual thinking; focus on down-to-earth, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Very good knowledge of English and Dutch.

Your Role

Join us as a SAP experienced CRM Consultant and help us being the trusted advisor accompanying our clients on their transformation journey to a more successful, sustainable, and innovative future, bringing in-depth business and technology as well as transformation expertise.

For several of our customers in the Flemish region of Belgium we are looking to strengthen our CRM team with an experienced CRM consultant.

Your role will be to help challenge and define the implementation scope and approach, to bring best practices and pitfalls from previous experiences and to implement functional solution, in coordination with our other consultants and the development team. You should also be able to quickly assess the customer's needs, propose a standard-first solution and advice the project manager, solution architect and functional team.

As an experienced consultant, you will coach one or more junior consultants and train them (either in classroom or on the job) in CRM and general consulting skills.

Your Profile
