Capgemini Belgium is seeking an SAP experienced CRM Consultant to guide clients through CRM transformations, translating business needs into SAP-based solutions with a focus on S/4 and CRM on premise. You’ll define implementation scope, advise project teams, and deliver functional capabilities across SAP platforms.

You’ll lead workshops, coach junior consultants, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement, test and deliver sustainable CRM solutions for clients in the Flemish

Qualifications

• Experience in customizing and implementing SAP CRM processes, knowledge of SAP CRM on premise, of SAP S/4 Service.
• Preferably 5 or more years of experience in ISU.
• Strong analytical/conceptual thinking; focus on down-to-earth, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Very good knowledge of English and Dutch.

• Design sustainable solutions based on SAP's latest technologies.
• Assist clients and implement, test, and deliver solutions together with your colleagues.
• Coach, train & support junior consultants in the process.
• Leading workshops and defining fitting business solutions based on SAP standard processes.
