Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Support Team Lead to oversee SAP Finance&Controlling solutions. You will lead a team, ensure high-quality service, and collaborate across Finance, IT and external partners to drive improvements, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Dutch and English, with hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP FICO functional support experience.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes in complex environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating SAP support teams and driving service excellence.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; SAP certifications are strong assets.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced 2nd and 3rd line SAP FI/CO support for incidents, problems, and requests.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules for reliability and performance.
• Support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, CO-PA, and related processes.
• Lead and coordinate SAP support consultants, manage workload and escalations.
• Act as escalation point ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners on improvements and upgrades.

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Support Team Lead to oversee the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions. Combining strong functional expertise with leadership capabilities, you will act as the key point of contact for Finance stakeholders while leading a team of SAP support professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and business continuity.

• Provide advanced 2nd and 3rd line support for SAP FI/CO incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Support core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate SAP support consultants and analysts, managing workload, priorities, and escalations.
• Serve as the main escalation point for complex SAP FICO issues while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, technical teams, and external partners to deliver process improvements, SAP enhancements, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation projects.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of SAP FICO functional support experience, with strong SAP FI/CO configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting processes, ideally within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating support teams and driving service excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experienced in SLA-driven support environments, with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO certification, SAP integrations (MM/SD), and ITIL knowledge are strong assets.
