valantic BE is seeking an experienced Consultant to guide Salesforce implementations from the functional side. You will lead discovery and requirements workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and bridge business and IT to deliver CRM solutions.

Collaboration with teams and clients is essential to ensure successful project outcomes. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, 8+ years in consulting, and proficiency in NL/EN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics or Marketing.
• Min. 8 years of experience in consulting and business analysis.
• Team player, flexible, independent problem-solver.
• Interest in customer data and processes for CRM implementations.
• Strong knowledge in Pharma, Retail or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Prior experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Knowledge of Agentforce, Health Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus.
• Pro-active with strong NL/EN communication; eager to learn Salesforce trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and define CRM roadmaps.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and backlog refinement.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and assess customer needs.
• Bridge between business and IT with functional deliverables.
• Communicate clearly with project team and customers.
• Act within Salesforce CoE and lead area of interest.
