Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Salesforce Consultant to engage with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will configure Salesforce, lead workshops, and ensure alignment with security and governance standards from Brussels with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include integration with other systems, maintaining dashboards, and staying current with Salesforce releases. English is required; French and/or Dutch are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or similar role.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Consultant; Platform App Builder or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs.
• Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance are followed.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
