Conexus Belgium is hiring a Salesforce CRM Functional Analyst/Consultant to join a rapidly growing consulting team delivering major client transformation programmes across Belgium. You will work with business stakeholders to understand customer-facing processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and support high-quality CRM implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, mapping CRM processes, configuring Salesforce with delivery

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce CRM in a functional/consultancy role.
Strong understanding of CRM processes including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Able to communicate with business users and technical delivery teams.
Fluent Dutch and English; French is beneficial.
Salesforce certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

Gather, analyse and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM initiatives.
Map and improve sales, service and customer engagement processes.
Configure and support Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical teams where development is required.
Support workshops, user acceptance testing, training and go-live activities.
Produce functional specifications, process documentation and user stories.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide day-to-day functional support.
Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes and platform adoption.
