Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Belgium is seeking a Salesforce CRM Functional Analyst / Consultant to join a rapidly growing delivery team. You will work with business stakeholders to understand customer-facing processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and support CRM implementations and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce CRM in a functional, business-analysis or consultancy capacity.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, ideally across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Comfortable speaking with both business users and technical delivery teams.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is beneficial.
• Salesforce certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM initiatives.
• Map and improve sales, service and customer-engagement processes.
• Configure and support Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical teams where development is required.
• Support workshops, user acceptance testing, training and go-live activities.
• Produce functional specifications, process documentation and user stories.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide day-to-day functional support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes and platform adoption.
