Job summary

delaware BeLux is actively seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce projects in a CRM environment. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, keep initiatives on track, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in a CRM environment.
• Background in consultancy or a customer facing context.
• Salesforce knowledge is a big plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proactive thinking and strong communication skills in Dutch & English.

Job description

The Salesforce team at delaware is a growing team of 40 Salesforce professionals, dedicated to helping their client's businesses grow by implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions according to the needs of the client.

To make sure all those projects run smoothly, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• You will take the lead in managing end-to-end Salesforce projects, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Make sure that your projects stay on track, on budget, and on time.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing your positivity, problem-solving acumen and expertise to the table.
• Address project challenges head-on, using creative problem-solving techniques and resourcefulness.

Is there a match?

• You have a proven track record of +4 years in managing projects within a CRM environment
• You have a background in consultancy or a similar customer facing context
• Salesforce knowledge is a big plus!
• You have stellar organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
• You rarely encounter surprises since proactive thinking is in your blood.
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch & English.
