Vivid Resourcing is partnering with a global leader in temporary employment and HR to recruit a Salesforce-focused Application Specialist in Antwerp, Belgium. You will bridge technology with business processes and drive the Salesforce/Bullhorn vision across the organization.

You will own day-to-day Salesforce/Bullhorn management, support users, govern data, and monitor security in collaboration with our CISO and Integration Architect. Dutch or French fluency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in application development, support, scripting, or data analysis.
• Salesforce Administrator, Developer or Service Cloud certifications.
• 2+ years in Salesforce.com support and automating business processes within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; English knowledge is a plus. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for Salesforce and Bullhorn related matters for the Application Support Team.
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce/Bullhorn environment: user support, data management, security monitoring.
• Collaborate with Integration Architect to enable secure integrations with internal and client systems.
• Translate business issues into Salesforce/Bullhorn solutions and automate repetitive tasks.
• Configure dashboards to visualize key information and ensure GDPR compliance.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform within an organization and act as a bridge between technology and business processes, whilst communicating and implementing the vision and values.

An overview of the role:

• You are the first point of contact for the Application Support Team and the Business Process Owners for all matters related to Salesforce and Bullhorn.
• You are responsible for the day-to-day management of our Salesforce/Bullhorn environment. This means you are responsible for user support, data management, and monitoring the security requirements of our CISO.
• You collaborate with our Integration Architect to find efficient solutions to achieve integrations with our own applications and customer systems in a secure and stable environment.
• You translate business issues into solutions within the Salesforce/Bullhorn platform.
• You automate repetitive tasks to maximize the burden on our consultants in the offices.
• You manage and configure operational dashboards to visualize relevant information and tasks.
• You implement the GDPR requirements of our Legal department to ensure personal data is safeguarded.

• At least 5 years of experience in application development, application support, scripting, and/or data analysis.
• You hold Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Developer, Service Cloud, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com support and proven experience implementing and automating business processes within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch or French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Fluent in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Windows Office, and company-specific systems.
