delaware is seeking a Salesforce developer with 5+ years of CRM/ERP development experience to join our Ghent/Lummen team in Belgium. You will collaborate with the solution architect and other developers to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, delivering high-quality back-end and front-end work.

Beyond coding, you’ll participate in presales, analyses, workshops and end-user training, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience in CRM/ERP software.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of object-oriented software development (e.g. Java, .NET) and object/database-based solutions.
• Strong social skills and customer-facing orientation.

• You collaborate with the solution architect and other developers in the analysis of the customer's business model and the translation to the technical requirements to the Salesforce platform.
• Quality is key! You develop quality solutions according to our best practices. Both back-end and front-end are developed using state-of-the-art web technologies and tools.

Aside from software development, you'll be involved in all consulting aspects like presales, analyses, workshops, training to end users,... It keeps things interesting and helps you grow beyond your technical expertise.
• You act as a trusted advisor for your colleagues and customers. You ensure that your knowledge of the Salesforce platform is up to date at all times, and you enjoy sharing your expertise both internally and externally.

• We have hubs in our delaware offices in Ghent and Lummen, but you're focus will be on the Lummen office. You'll take on a leading role to grow the team in the East region (Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, Antwerpen)
