TECHOHANA in Antwerp is seeking a Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to delivery. You will own scope, budget and timelines across multiple engagements and act as the primary client contact, coordinating cross-functional consultants.

The ideal candidate has hands-on delivery experience in IT or software projects, strong Dutch and English language skills, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities within expanding accounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing IT or software implementation projects, ideally within a Salesforce or comparable CRM environment.
• They do prefer people who have worked hands-on before they grew into a project management role.
• Fluency in Dutch, with strong working English

TechOhana has partnered with a fast-growing Salesforce consultancy in Belgium to appoint a Project Manager for their delivery team.

Over the past few years, this organisation has invested significantly in its Belgian expansion, building out a stronger delivery structure and assembling an experienced leadership team as it enters its next growth phase. They are now looking for a project manager to help lead that delivery. They have exciting plans as they are opening a brand new office in Antwerp to enhance this expansion!

The role

You will lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through to delivery, taking ownership of scope, budget and timeline across multiple concurrent engagements. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, direct functional and technical consultants, manage risk proactively, and report progress to stakeholders throughout.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated experience managing IT or software implementation projects, ideally within a Salesforce or comparable CRM environment
• They do prefer people who have worked hands-on before they grew into a project management role.
• Fluency in Dutch, with strong working English

Nice to have (bonus, not required)

• Salesforce Administrator certification or higher
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional or technical teams
• A commercial mindset, comfortable identifying opportunities within existing accounts
