Econocom Belgium is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to bridge Sales, Finance and Operations, ensuring smooth processing of requests and professional partner interactions.

You will handle documentation, coordinate with internal teams, manage communications via email and portals, and support onboarding of new partners, while upholding internal procedures and accuracy. Proactive mindset and language skills are valued in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration or coordination.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment is a strong asset.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with a customer- and partner-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in the other language.
• English is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• No advanced financial calculations required; basic financial concepts understood.
• Proactive, motivated, and a strong cultural fit with Econocom.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for business partners and internal teams within sales support.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Register, process, and follow up on requests and cases throughout the entire workflow, including approval processes with financial partners.
• Manage communication with customers and partners via email and web portals, ensuring speed, clarity, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Order Processing, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare and manage documentation using structured templates and standard procedures.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing requests, documentation, and order statuses, proactively resolving issues when necessary.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and company guidelines, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support the onboarding of new business partners, including guidance on tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Maintain oversight of contracts, ongoing cases, and partnership-related communications.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and communication.
