Econocom Belgium is seeking a Team Lead Business Support to guide a team of about 10 professionals responsible for the operational follow-up of customer orders, including purchasing and customer support. You will foster ownership, drive efficiency and ensure top service levels across Sales, Customers, Suppliers and Finance.

In this hands-on leadership role you will organize day-to-day activities, set clear expectations, coach for development and implement data-driven improvements using KPIs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience including people leadership or team coordination.
• Experience in operations, customer service, purchasing, supply chain or related environments is a plus.
• Experience with process improvement and/or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good working knowledge of English.
