Michael Page Belgium is assisting a partner in the retail sector to hire a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist. You will support Account Managers and customers throughout projects, advising on solutions and managing the order process from design to delivery and after-sales follow-up.

Qualifications

• German-speaking with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales support or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with distributor network and manage projects.
• Advise customers on the best solutions.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers.
• Manage the entire order process from design and quotation through production, delivery and after-sales follow-up.
• Communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle customer complaints by investigating issues and implementing solutions with Account Manager support.
• Monitor backorders and process product returns.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, prepare credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Client Details

Our partner is part of an international company operating in the retail industry. To strengthen their Sales Support team, they are looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to assist both Account Managers and customers throughout their projects.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with our distributor network & managing projects.
• You will advise customers on the best solutions.
• Throughout each project, you will build and maintain strong commercial relationships with your customers.
• You will manage the entire order process, from design and quotation through to production, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
• You will communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• You will handle customer complaints professionally by investigating issues and implementing appropriate solutions, working closely with the Account Manager when needed.
• You will monitor backorders and process product returns accurately and efficiently.
• You will ensure accurate invoicing, prepare credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.
