Michael Page Belgium is assisting a partner in the retail sector to hire a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist. You will support Account Managers and customers throughout projects, advising on solutions and managing the order process from design to delivery and after-sales follow-up.

Qualifications

German-speaking with strong communication skills.
Experience in sales support or customer-facing roles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and build client relationships.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with distributor network and manage projects.
Advise customers on the best solutions.
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers.
Manage the entire order process from design and quotation through production, delivery and after-sales follow-up.
Communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Handle customer complaints by investigating issues and implementing solutions with Account Manager support.
Monitor backorders and process product returns.
Ensure accurate invoicing, prepare credit notes, and follow up on outstanding payments.
