For our internal sales department in Zellik, Belgium we are looking for a detail‑oriented Order & Sales Support Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end order process and support our sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Create and maintain order confirmations and ensure all relevant documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor and follow up on orders in SAP, including delivery times, changes, and delays.
• Create quotations/offers in SAP and maintain related data.
• Create and manage Salesforce cases and opportunities to support the Sales team.
• Assist with marketing related to customer and order handling, where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education (e.g., industrial clerk, office management, business administration) or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in order processing, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role, ideally in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of SAP (order entry, quotations, delivery tracking) and experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle complaints and returns confidently and professionally, even with changing priorities.
• High level communication skills in Dutch and French, both written and verbal and German or English on a professional level.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented working style.
• High sense of responsibility and reliability in dealing with customer orders and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
