Job summary

Flamant is seeking a Sales Support Officer in Geraardsbergen, Belgium, to act as the operational link between sales, customers and internal teams. You will ensure every file is followed up correctly and efficiently, with an eye for detail and respect for Flamant's premium positioning.

You will process and track orders from A to delivery, support the sales team with quotes and pricing, and maintain data quality in CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or back-office roles.
• Structured and accurate approach to work.
• Understanding of premium brand operations and customer expectations.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Odoo.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• You are familiar with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Odoo
• You take ownership and don't wait for someone else to solve it
