Hotel Amigo is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and maintain an account base within the Brussels market, driving revenue and maximising conversions in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy.

The role requires intl standard luxury hospitality sales experience, strong English and French, and a collaborative approach with other hotel departments to create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales expertise in luxury hospitality and global service standards.
• Experience maintaining government and association accounts is a plus.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain an account base within the assigned market to generate revenue.
• Conduct daily sales calls, site inspections, and proposals for routines and events.
• Prepare contracts and implement annual action plans with pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Attend sales events, workshops and trade shows in Brussels and abroad.
