Job summary

Curios IT is seeking a Sales Manager to drive cybersecurity consultancy services across Belgium and abroad. You will open opportunities, qualify deals, and lead commercial talks with security, IT, and compliance leaders.

You will coordinate with senior consultants to scope and price engagements, while owning proposals and the pipeline. As the first commercial hire, you will balance new-client acquisition with expanding existing accounts, working hybrid from home, client sites, and our Antwerp

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT or security, able to discuss NIS2, ISO 27001, penetration testing or vCISO work.
• Experience running outreach, pipeline and proposals, including commercial conversations at CISO/IT-director level.
• Ability to bring in a consultant when the conversation turns technical; professional Dutch and English proficiency.
• French or another language is an advantage; Category B licence is typical for travel.

Responsibilities

• Open and qualify opportunities, manage the commercial conversation with security, IT and compliance decision-makers.

• Split time between winning new clients and growing existing accounts; travel to client sites as needed.

Job description

As Sales Manager at Curios you sell cybersecurity consultancy — assessments, penetration testing and compliance work across NIS2 and ISO 27001 — to Belgian and international organisations. As our first commercial hire you build this function rather than inherit it, splitting your time roughly evenly between winning new clients and growing the accounts we already have. You open and qualify opportunities, run the commercial conversation with security, IT and compliance decision-makers, and bring in the senior consultant who will deliver the work to scope and price it — they stay the client's technical contact. The proposal and the pipeline are yours. Hybrid — home, client sites and our Antwerp office, with travel to clients.

Requirements: at least 2 years in IT or security, enough to hold a first conversation about NIS2, ISO 27001, penetration testing or vCISO work; experience running your own outreach, pipeline and proposals, including commercial conversations at CISO and IT-director level; the discipline to bring a consultant in the moment a conversation turns technical; professional working proficiency in Dutch and English. French or another additional language is an advantage. A category B licence is the usual way to meet the travel the role involves, and we are open to alternatives.
