ETAP Belgium is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by selling ETAP’s SEE, CANECO and ETAP software to new and growth customers. You will focus on expanding ETAP’s presence in the market, enabling customers to leverage our agile data platform as a unified digital twin.

The role requires proven direct-sales experience in SaaS or DaaS, with the ability to close complex software agreements. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is essential, and hybrid work is possible in Brussels or Maastricht.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct sales and building client relationships at multiple levels.
• Experience selling SaaS or Data as a Service solutions.
• Strong business development focus with ability to acquire new customers.
• Ability to close complex software and product agreements end-to-end.
• Experience in industrial or engineering software preferred.

Responsabilités

• New Business Acquisition: identify and engage new logos, expand market presence.
• Account Growth: nurture relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborative Selling: work with internal teams to support account management.
• Market Expertise: stay informed on trends and competitive products.
• Continuous Development: keep up to date on ETAP offerings and sales methodologies.
• Customer Engagement: deliver compelling presentations addressing business needs.
• Issue Management: resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Pipeline Management: manage the pipeline using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
