Schneider Electric is seeking a Sales Engineer based in Brussels or Maastricht to accelerate growth across the BENELUX region. You will identify new customers, drive new logo growth, and expand ETAP’s footprint with tailored, value‑driven demonstrations and proposals.

You will manage existing accounts, support renewals, and collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver customer success and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience selling SaaS or DaaS is a plus.
• Proven ability to close complex technology or software deals.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new customers in BENELUX.
• Drive new logo growth and expand ETAP’s footprint.
• Grow existing accounts via upsell/cross-sell.
• Maintain relationships and support license renewals.
• Build long-term relationships at all organizational levels.
• Create and execute detailed account plans.
