Job summary

dataroots, a Talan company, is seeking a Sales Director to shape commercial strategy, open doors, and close high-value deals in the data and AI space. You will lead a sales team, collaborate with solutions, and drive market expansion while representing the company at industry events.

You’ll manage key accounts, develop partnerships, and craft go-to-market plans to accelerate growth across Belgium and neighboring markets. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales/business development at senior level.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a sales team, setting targets and supporting growth.
• Drive marketing visibility, coordinate with the marketing lead and local plan.
• Co-develop client proposals with the solutions team and align sales with capabilities.
• Co-develop partnerships and go-to-market strategy with the Partnerships Lead.
• Proactively manage key accounts and nurture stakeholders and decision-makers.
