The Hoxton, Brussels is seeking a 3 to 6 months internship to support the Sales Manager and the community team in a dynamic Brussels location. You will assist with onsite sales visits, onboarding, events and member communications, while ensuring spaces are welcoming and well maintained.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and French, with Dutch being a bonus, and possess strong communication, organizational and IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).

Responsabilités

• Support the Sales Manager with sales projects, administrative tasks and reporting.
• Assist with onsite sales visits and provide general support to the Sales team.
• Support onboarding and welcoming process for new members.
• Ensure pantries and printer stations are clean, organized and restocked.
• Support communication activities, including Canva posters, member app, newsletters and in-person communications.
• Conduct Look & Feel tours to keep spaces clean and welcoming.
• Prepare meeting rooms and set up as per members' needs.
• Support Reception with day passes, packages, letters and day-to-day operations.
• Assist with organizing and executing events and participate actively.
