Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance/Sales/Business Administration.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French working proficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments.

Responsabilités

• Support the broader sales team in AFH and Retail channels by handling administrative tasks.
• Act as a key contact point for customers on administrative matters, working with KAMs and Business Services.
• Support day-to-day sales operations with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks and emails efficiently.
• Manage monthly tasks such as invoice processing, budget monitoring, and monthly closings.
• Coordinate the dispatch of product samples to customers.

The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the broader sales team within the Away From Home (AFH) and Retail channel (OT) by handling administrative and structural tasks. This role acts as a key contact point for customers for administrative purposes, working closely with Key Account Managers as well as Business Services. The coordinator supports day-to-day operations with a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to optimize and streamline processes. The coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the overall efficiency of the sales function.
