Position: The EHS Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of a consistent health, safety and environmental management program and total plant Security in order to meet the HSE & Security objectives that have been set and agreed upon across PepsiCo and all legal requirements.
The first priorities are to promote Safety and Environmental Awareness, to manage the control and minimisation of hazards in the day to day working environment across the plant and continuously update and ensure adherence to a fully detailed HSE and Security policy.
You develop and implement the health, safety, environment and security policies for the plant and advice the local management team and ensure all legal requirements are met.
Maintains contacts with all parties involved within (i.e. HSE Organisation WEOU) and outside the company (i.e. governmental authorities, external training companies, etc.) in order to realise above-mentioned responsibilities
