ARHS Developments Belgium is seeking a Sales Account Officer to provide efficient administrative support to the sales team. You will handle contract extension documents, update CVs, and ensure timely follow-up with consultants to keep records current.

The role requires initiative, organization, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong English skills are essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with European Institutions is an asset.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus.
• Eye for detail and well organized.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day administration for a busy sales team.
• Prepare administrative documents with account managers; keep extension documents up to date for IT consultants.
• Assist with preparation of supporting paperwork and CV updates.
• Respond to general client inquiries from the sales team.
• Support consultants with service-related communications and questions.
