Qualifications

• Business bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French; German is a plus.
• Proven back-office experience in an international corporate environment.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and standard office software.
• Understanding export financing, credit management and guarantees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare costed commercial proposals following pricing guidelines and delivery schedules.
• Proactive follow-up on offers to accelerate order conversion across Europe and Scandinavia.
• Review contractual terms to minimize risk on all agreements.
• Coordinate order processing with production, logistics and QA for timely delivery.
• Oversee export workflows including client payments and export license compliance.
• Build trustworthy relationships with international clients and system integrators.
