Job summary

Bizzmine in Kortrijk, Belgium, is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge Sales and Customer Success and drive the growth of our QHSE SaaS solution across Europe. You will demo products, translate customer needs into compelling solutions, collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success, and travel to meet clients when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical and/or commercial pre-sales role.
• Strong affinity with Quality Management and Health, Safety, and Environment domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to bridge technical and commercial language.
• Willingness to travel and visit customers as needed.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French and German a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to prepare and deliver compelling demos.
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored demonstrations.
• Present our implementation methodology and respond to technical questions during the sales process.
• Provide service and time estimates based on discussions with prospects; support quotations.
• Offer input for product improvements based on customer feedback to the Product team.
• Stay up-to-date on market developments, competitors, and changing customer needs.
