Job summary

BV Azumuta is seeking a Customer Engineer in Belgium to lead and deliver customer‑facing implementations from kickoff to launch. You will become a product expert, guiding customers through setup and adoption, and ensuring a superb hands-on experience.

You will travel to customer sites in Belgium and beyond as needed, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and outputs. A strong focus on communication, detail, and customer value is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a project management, implementation or customer-facing role in SaaS/tech
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solver with customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver implementations from kick-off to launch, keep projects on schedule and manage risks
• Build product expertise and tailor implementations to customer needs
• Deliver a world-class customer experience, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support
• Travel to customer sites in Belgium or internationally when needed
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market and product teams to ensure smooth hand-overs and customer feedback loops
• Continuously analyze processes and feedback to improve methods and materials
