Speos is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer IT projects from scoping through go-live and first billing. You will translate complex business needs into precise functional specs and ensure delivery with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

You will act as the voice of the customer, balance constraints, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining clear governance and strong stakeholder engagement across Sales, IT, and Delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects in a B2B product company.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, IT, and Delivery teams.
• Proven leadership of end-to-end delivery from scoping to go-live.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer needs and align with Speos product vision.
• Lead customer projects end-to-end from scoping to go-live and first billing run.
• Support transition from custom projects to standardized product offerings.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for dev and implementation teams.
• Act as voice of the customer to Product Manager for platform evolution.
• Bridge Sales, IT, Customer Service and other stakeholders for shared understanding of requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to customers in a transparent manner.
• Structure governance and ensure efficient teamwork across projects.
• Define realistic project plans, monitor progress and drive decisions until delivery.
• Contribute to test planning to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
