Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Functional Solution Architect for SaaS implementations. You will ensure that technical solutions align with customer needs, drive continuous product and process improvements, and work hands-on with complex design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

This role focuses on customer-focused and internal/product-focused activities, including solution alignment, expert guidance to consultants, and training development, in a hybrid work environment with strong growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing complex SaaS systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and document solutions clearly.

Responsabilités

• Solve complex challenges during client implementations, ensuring solutions are effective and user-friendly.
• Align technical solutions with customer requirements through tailored configurations and QA.
• Provide expert guidance to consultants and handle complex escalations.
• Engage with clients, document new approaches for training, and communicate clearly.
