Movu Robotics in Belgium seeks an R&D Tech Lead System Development to coordinate automation storage solutions. You own system-level concepts and drive their development across domains, aligning with peers and product management.

You will mentor staff, promote secure development, set technical direction, lead roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of features. English required; cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure and service teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in automation, mechatronics, computer engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience in automation or complex systems.
• Experience in software, machine safety, coding or configuration of systems preferred.
• Curious about technology, able to work in cross-functional teams; English required.

Responsabilités

• Lead R&D roadmap and coordinate multidisciplinary developments.
• Set technical direction and ensure timely delivery of new features.
