Movu Robotics in Lokeren, Belgium, is seeking an HR Administration Assistant to join a fast-growing tech company focused on intralogistics.

You will support core HR tasks, oversee fleet management, meal vouchers, badges, and absences, and assist with time-tracking in Pro Time. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, international team with great learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Resident of Lokeren region.

Responsabilités

• Support HR administration tasks: fleet, meal vouchers, DKV, badges, mobile phones, absences.
• Monitor workers' time tracking in Pro Time.

Job Description

• Support to our HR Administration: fleet, meal vouchers , DKV, Baloise, badges, mobile phones, absences,
• Controlling of the ticking of workers in Pro Time

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master studies
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Language Dutch and English
• Living in the region of Lokeren
