JOB TALENT in Hasselt, Belgium, seeks a Customer Service Officer to help drivers with breakdowns get back on the road quickly and safely. You will handle calls and emails, verify information, and coordinate with workshops to provide effective solutions.

You will work with a diverse team, learn new skills, and support contract-related issues while keeping customers updated and meeting deadlines. Shifts run Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed, 7:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling incoming calls and emails
• Ability to verify data accuracy and document information clearly
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Comfort coordinating with workshops and external parties

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers
• Coordinate with workshops and other teams to resolve issues
• Gather and verify data accuracy for cases
• Provide timely updates to customers and involved parties
• Monitor contract-related issues and deadlines
• Work Monday to Friday with optional Saturday shifts during busy periods
• Rotate shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
