JOB TALENT in Hasselt, Belgium, is seeking a Customer Service Officer fluent in French, Dutch and English to support customers with vehicle breakdowns. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls and emails from customers, partners, and technicians.

Working nights from Thursday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00, you’ll gather information, provide basic technical assistance, monitor agreements, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and partners.
• Gather and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide technical support where possible.
• Keep customers updated and manage contract-related deadlines.
• Work night shifts Thursday to Saturday 8:00–20:00.
