JOST, a family-owned group with international reach in transport and logistics, seeks a customer service professional to handle after-sales support, pricing and scheduling, and operational coordination for road transport using curtainsider trucks.

You will engage with customers in Dutch, English and French, manage complaints, and work closely with Dispatch, Planning and Invoicing to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the transport sector.
• Experience in road freight transport with curtainsider trucks.
• Good understanding of customer service processes and road transport operations.
• Proficiency in Dutch, English and French.

Aufgaben

• Handle after-sales enquiries across commercial, administrative and operational aspects of road transport.
• Communicate with customers by email and telephone regarding rates, loading/unloading, transport details and other enquiries.
• Provide clear, accurate information and ensure requests are handled efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, customer-oriented approach handling questions, complaints and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
