Technical Placements Ltd. is seeking a Sales Director to manage UK & Europe retail channels, driving revenue growth across store and online platforms.

The role requires leading a high-performing retail sales team, developing strategic relationships, and coordinating cross-functional activity to deliver strong commercial results. The position offers a hybrid work model with international travel across the UK and EU.

Formación

• Senior sales leadership experience within retail, consumer goods, or multi-channel environments.
• Proven success delivering revenue growth and commercial performance.
• Strong strategic account management and customer relationship skills.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, promotions, and margin management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, international business environments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth and margin targets across UK and European retail channels.
• Lead retail channel planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Coordinate omnichannel retail activity across store and online environments.
• Manage key customer relationships and Joint Business Planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless delivery.
