Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst - Retail & Data Expert to implement Odoo with clients, analyze needs, design solutions, and deliver training sessions. You will lead projects ensuring on-time delivery while growing our partner network.

The role blends retail expertise with data mastery to push the boundaries of Odoo’s Retail tools. As a Retail Expert, you’ll receive regular training to increase proficiency and stay ahead of market realities, with ongoing onboarding and hands-on experience

Qualifications

Fluency in English and French is required.
Experience working with retail analytics and market analysis.
Autonomous, assertive and proactive mindset.
Able to learn quickly and multitask in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

Gain the trust of your customers and define the right approach using Odoo apps.
Analyze clients' marketing needs and configure technical aspects of solutions.
Make your customer an Odoo Champion and manage project progress.
Support, coach and train other teams on Retail tools and collaborate with Product Owners.
Participate in sales and marketing activities and contribute to growth of partner network.
