Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst/HR software implementation consultant to work directly with clients, analyzing needs, designing solutions, configuring flows, and delivering training sessions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of Odoo projects.

You will also support the growth of our partner network by coaching partners worldwide to implement customer projects and become Odoo Experts, while advancing your own mastery in a cohesive set of apps with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years experience working as an HR Software Implementation Consultant or Integrator with deep understanding of HR software systems.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to navigate and resolve intricate HR software integration issues.

Responsabilités

• Project Management (50-70%): Gain trust of customers, analyze needs and suggest solutions, implement solutions, train customers (Odoo Champion), follow project status and tasks, organize implementations.
• Internal Improvement (30-50%): Coach and train team members, collaborate with Product Owners, participate in sales/marketing activities, develop new service offerings.
