Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst to implement Odoo solutions and collaborate with clients to maximize use of applications across Accounting, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites, and more.

You will manage 8–12 projects concurrently, grow into greater independence, with strong teamwork. The role includes training sessions and potential certifications within an international, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 0–5 years of IT/ERP project experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Knowledge of Dutch, Polish, Moroccan, UK English, or Swiss German/French/Italian/Romansh languages.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Gain the trust of your customers.
• Analyze the customer needs and suggest solutions.
• Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development).
• Make your customer/partner and Odoo Champion (training).
• Follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks.
• Organize and follow up Odoo implementations.
• Feedback to Product Owners.
• Coaching & Training.
