Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst - HR Expert to implement the HR modules of the Odoo suite for diverse clients in Belgium. You will analyze needs, design solutions, configure flows, and deliver personalized training sessions to ensure successful project delivery.

As a Human Resources Expert, you will deepen your expertise across Odoo HR apps, gain regular training, and contribute to our center of excellence while expanding service offerings and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Dutch and English proficiency is required.
• Deep interest in HR software systems and their functionalities.
• 2+ years experience in Human Resources/Payroll.
• Bachelor or Master in HR or Business.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.
• Fast learner & multitasking.
• Autonomous, assertive and proactive.
• Willingness to step outside comfort zone.

Responsabilités

• Implement Odoo HR modules and payroll apps for clients.
• Analyze customer needs and design HR solutions.
• Configure workflows and provide end-user training.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to relay customer feedback.
• Support sales and marketing in promoting HR apps.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and service offerings.
