Metrum, an Odoo Gold Partner and part of the Resultance group, seeks a Senior Consultant – Business Analyst to translate business needs into concrete ERP solutions. You’ll analyze processes, meet stakeholders and draft functional requirements that drive real improvements.

You’ll design solutions using Odoo modules, work with developers, write user stories and specs, and test features. With coaching from experienced colleagues, you’ll gain hands‑on ERP expertise while contributing to a growing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, process improvement, ERP implementation, consulting or similar.
• Interest in understanding how businesses operate and how processes can be improved through technology.
• Ability to structure complex information, ask the right questions and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic, result‑oriented mindset.
• Clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Autonomous, structured and able to work across multiple topics or projects.
• Experience with ERP systems or Odoo is a strong asset, but not prerequisite.

Responsabilités

• Analyze clients’ business processes and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Design functional solutions using appropriate Odoo modules and functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers and consultants to translate requirements into concrete system solutions.
• Write clear functional specifications, user stories and supporting documentation.
• Configure and progressively master Odoo from a functional perspective with coaching.
• Test delivered functionalities and validate business scenarios.
• Support clients through implementation, go‑live and stabilization, including end‑user training.
• Stay up to date with Odoo developments and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
