Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst - Retail & Data Expert to implement Odoo with clients, analyze needs, design solutions, and deliver training sessions. You will lead projects ensuring on-time delivery while growing our partner network.

The role blends retail expertise with data mastery to push the boundaries of Odoo’s Retail tools. As a Retail Expert, you’ll receive regular training to increase proficiency and stay ahead of market realities, with ongoing onboarding and hands-on experience

• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Experience working with retail analytics and market analysis.
• Autonomous, assertive and proactive mindset.
• Able to learn quickly and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Gain the trust of your customers and define the right approach using Odoo apps.
• Analyze clients' marketing needs and configure technical aspects of solutions.
• Make your customer an Odoo Champion and manage project progress.
• Support, coach and train other teams on Retail tools and collaborate with Product Owners.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities and contribute to growth of partner network.

About the job

As Business Analyst, you will implement Odoo. You'll be in direct touch with the clients to help them with the good use of all Odoo apps. Therefore, you will analyze their needs, design the solution, configure their flows as well as deliver personal training sessions. You will be at the front seat to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. Basically, you will be responsible to deliver the best management solution to your customers! As a Business Analyst, you will also support the growth of our partner network. You will help & coach our partners, from all around the world, to implement their customers projects and to become Odoo Experts.

Besides, as a Retail Expert, you will push the boundaries of mastery by specializing yourself in a cohesive set of applications, combining it with in-depth business knowledge. You will receive regular training to keep on increasing your proficiency in Odoo, both at a functional and technical level, as well as developing a clear understanding of the field realities in which you are going to operate during your projects.

With this double-hat, you will join our center of excellence aiming at supporting our business services, increasing our community knowledge and putting your application(s) on the map.

In the very first weeks, you will quickly get involved in your first projects receiving the support of more experienced colleagues, going through an onboarding of 4-6 months in our Quick start team. You will progressively increase your level of autonomy but never forget that two heads are better than one! You won't have time to get bored as each project is different (industry, scope, etc.)

• Gaint trust of your customers
• Analyze client's marketing needs and define the right approach, using Odoo apps
• Configure the technical aspects
• Make your customer an Odoo Champion
• Follow the project and communicate about its statuts and tasks

Internal improvement (40%)

• Support, coach and train other teams on Retail tools
• Produce enlightening content
• Collaborate with the Product Owners
• Participate in sales and marketing activities

About you

Must have

• Fluency in English and French
• Worked for a retail structure and focus on market basket analysis, RFM analysis, BCG quadrant matrix, gmroi analysis, RGM analysis, assortment recommendations, pricing strategy, promotions, predictive analytics
• Autonomous, assertive & proactive
• Learn fast & multitasking
• Quick & autonomous learner
• Good communication/negotiation skills
• Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

• Other European Languages: Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
• Technical background
• Experienced in management software implementation or digital transformation
• Experience as a consultant
• Loves Raclette and Karaoke
