Expleo is seeking a Master-educated engineer to leads its Requirements Engineering for transmission systems. You will decompose vehicle requirements across hardware, software and mechanical domains, ensuring traceability and compliance with ASPICE and ISO 26262.

You will maintain requirement databases with DOORS and Polarion, collaborate with engineers, and generate dashboards for verification and process improvements. Belgium-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• Experience in requirement management, preferably in automotive or transmission development.
• Technical experience on transmission system level.
• Familiarity with DOORS, Polarion or similar tools.
• Understanding of ASPICE and ISO 26262.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to technical data.

Responsabilités

• Decompose vehicle requirements to transmission level, subsystem and domain requirements (hardware, software, mechanical, …).
• Maintain and update requirement databases using Polarion.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define, document, and refine technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Assist in validation and verification by linking requirements to test cases and validation reports.
• Generate reports and dashboards for requirement tracking and review purposes.
• Support process improvements in requirement management and system engineering practices.

• Support the development and management of requirements for transmission systems, ensuring traceability and consistency.
• Take ownership of dedicated functions to decompose vehicle requirements totransmission level requirements up till subsystem requirements and domain requirements (hardware, software, mechanical, …).
• Maintain and update requirement databases using Polarion.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define, document, and refine technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Assist in the validation and verification processes by linking requirements to test cases and validation reports.
• Generate reports and dashboards for requirement tracking and review purposes.
