Expleo Group is seeking a warranty analytics specialist to define internal actions from warranty data, support workshop investigations, and decide on QRQC actions. You will enter results into the customer platform and coordinate with the CIRT team when necessary.

The role requires hands-on shop floor presence, strong communication in Dutch/English/French, and the ability to work autonomously or in a team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electromechanics is required.
• Experience with analytical automotive techniques is preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers in multiple languages.

Responsabilités

• Define internal actions on PPET platforms (Jira, CAQ) from warranty data.
• Follow up investigations in workshop and testing; involve CIRT when needed.
• Make the final decision on root cause analysis and QRQC actions.
• Enter warranty investigation results into the customer platform within time frames.

Responsibilities

• Based on warranty information from customers platform you define the PPeT internal actions on the PPeT platforms (Jira, CAQ,… )
• Follow up and support the investigations in the workshop and testing department. Involve the CIRT team in case of necessity.
• You make the final decision regarding the root cause analysis and the QRQC actions.
• You are responsible to enter the warranty investigation results into the customers platform within the specified time frame .

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree electromechanics
• Experience in a nal ytical automotive technics
• You communicate in a clear and correct way to customers
• T echnical product knowledge
• Willing to go to GEMBA . Presence on shop floor required with a hands-on mentality .
• You can work autonomous as well as in team
• You speak Dutch, English & French ( plus )
• You are willing to travel on occasional bas e
• Able to network (Make sure the right people can be contacted)
• Communicate in a transparent structured way (General)
• Persuasive (Customer discussions)
• Be able to negotiate (Customer & internal alignments)

Experience
