Expleo in Belgium seeks a warranty investigator to drive root cause analysis on customer platforms, coordinate QRQC actions, and support workshop and testing teams on the shop floor.

You will communicate with customers in Dutch, English and French, and you may travel occasionally to client sites. The role requires a bachelor’s in electromechanics and hands-on automotive diagnostic experience.

Responsabilités

• Define PPeT internal actions on Jira/CAQ based on warranty information.
• Follow up investigations in workshop and testing; involve CIRT when needed.
• Make final decision on root cause analysis and QRQC actions.
• Enter warranty investigation results into customer platform within the specified time frame.

Responsibilities

• Based on warranty information from customers platform you define the PPeT internal actions on the PPeT platforms (Jira, CAQ,…)

• Follow up and support the investigations in the workshop and testing department. Involve the CIRT team in case of necessity.

• You make the final decision regarding the root cause analysis and the QRQC actions.

• You are responsible to enter the warranty investigation results into the customers platform within the specified time frame.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree electromechanics

• Experience in analytical automotive technics

• You communicate in a clear and correct way to customers

• Technical product knowledge

• Willing to go to GEMBA. Presence on shop floor required with a hands-on mentality.

• You can work autonomous as well as in team

• You speak Dutch, English & French (plus)

• You are willing to travel on occasional base
• Able to network (Make sure the right people can be contacted)
• Communicate in a transparent structured way (General)
• Persuasive (Customer discussions)
• Be able to negotiate (Customer & internal alignments)

Experience
