Huxley is seeking a Business Analyst for Trading & Investing to join a dynamic online bank. You will collaborate with Product Owners to develop trading/investing projects, collect and analyze requirements, and write precise specifications.

You will coordinate with IT, operations, and other stakeholders including Legal, Finance and Risk, while shaping improvements and validating IT deliverables. The role requires strong regulatory reporting knowledge, workshop facilitation, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Master degree in Finance/Economics or Engineering.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch as a mother language.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of MICAR, MiFID, EMIR, transaction reporting, AML.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Autonomous and proactive.

Your missions:

• Participate in the development of new projects related to trading, investing or savings, in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Collect and analyze business requirements
• Write specifications and functional analysis
• Cooperate with both I.T. and Operations teams (contact center, sales, back-office trading) and with other stakeholders (e.g. Legal&compliance, Finance, Risk, Security)
• Perform tests and follow-up on I.T. development
• Analyze and find solutions dealing with specific issues
• Define and conceive improvements

Your profile:

• Master Degree in Finance/Economics or Engineering
• Passionate about banking & markets with a focus on regulatory reporting, compliance and knowledge of crypto trading
• Experience in business analysis with proven experience in conducting impact analysis on regulatory reporting, internal procedures documentation and excellent documentation skills
• Strong analytical and impact assessment capabilities across systems, processes, and regulations
• Overall knowledge about major banking regulations requiring to produce reporting: MICAR, MiFID, EMIR, transaction reporting, AML
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Experience training and supporting back office and customer service teams on new procedures
• Good knowledge of testing & validation technics
• Being able to understand how developers work and talk to them
• French or Dutch as a mother language and fluent in English
• Autonomous (you define and guide actions end-to-end)
• Proactive (you propose solutions)
