Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Experience with conceptual data modelling techniques.
• Good understanding of data flows and workflow processes.
• Proficiency in SQL querying.
• Knowledge of BI, reporting, dashboards and Big Data.
• Experience with IT testing and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methods including backlog, sprint planning and MVP delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Nice to have knowledge of banking activities and SAS Enterprise Guide.

Data Business Analyst - Data hub

We are looking for a Data Business Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of data-driven solutions. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing initiatives from initial concept through testing and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business analysis from ideation through delivery
• Develop business cases and co-create requirements with stakeholders
• Analyse existing data flows, user roles, usage patterns and data-quality issues

Required Experience And Skills

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Data Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Good knowledge of data concepts, including BI, reporting, dashboarding and Big Data
• Experience with IT testing and UAT

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
